Judge Kimbler Commended

Resolution of Commendation of Judge James L. Kimbler

WHEREAS, the Celebrezze-Zanghi Community Legal Education Project, Inc. (CZ-CLEP) is devoted to the education of legal issues, and

WHEREAS, the CZ Court Reporter is a function of CZ-CLEP, and

WHEREAS, Judge James Kimbler volunteered numerous hours of his personal time in the creation of the CZ Court Reporter, contributing both his legal and technical expertise,

NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Celebrezze-Zanghi Community Legal Education Project, Inc. (CZ-CLEP) via a unanimous vote of its Directors on December 17, 2009 hereby commends with gratitude Judge James L. Kimbler for his continued and exemplary support of legal education.
